Forsselius pots pair as Thunder edge Roadrunners

The Langley Thunder scored the final four goals to complete the home-and-home sweep of the Richmond Roadrunners.
Trailing 4-1 with just over 14 minutes to play in the second period, Langley clamped down defensively the rest of the way while their offence scored three times before the period let out before Erik Forsselius potted the winner early in the third period for the 5-4 final score in BC Junior Tier 1 Lacrosse League action.
The game was played on Wednesday night at Richmond's Minoru Arena. The two teams also played the night before at Langley Events Centre with the Thunder winning 10-9.
Langley's record improved to 2-3 while Richmond sits at 0-3
.Final shots on goal were 55-39 in favour of the Thunder with goaltender Noah Kozevnikov making 35 saves.
Offensively, Forsselius led the way with a pair of goals while Hudson Zazelenchuk, Bailey Vanichuk and Gunnar Farstad potted one goal apiece.
Richmond's goals came courtesy of Josh White, Jacob Stewart, Kenyan Whitney and Henry Smith.
